The first swimmers brave enough to dive into the waters of London's newly opened Sky Pool can now be spotted floating 35 meters above the ground of the UK capital's streets.

The pool, hailed as the first of its kind in the world, is suspended 10-storeys high between two blocks of flats which form part of the new luxurious residential neighborhood of Embassy Gardens, south of the River Thames, not far from Westminster.

The vertigo-inducing experience is not for the fainthearted. It is also not for the general public.

At the moment, the Sky Pool, a 25-metre acrylic swimming pool filled with 148,000 liters of water, is reserved for residents alone.

The pool's construction was originally announced back in 2015 and was then built some 8,000km away from London in Colorado, U.S., and then transferred to the UK capital across the Atlantic.
