2025 has been shall we say a rocky year when it comes to relations between the world's two largest economies. But following a meeting between China and the U.S. in London this week, there has been what Chinese vice Premier He Lifang called "notable progress in addressing each other's trade and economic concerns." So what does this mean for future relations between the two nations? And indeed for the rest of the world?
