WWII to Now: Is Power Being Rewritten?

It is now 80 years since the Second World War ended in Europe.

In the wake of that brutal conflict, some of the key global institutions we rely on today - from the United Nations to the World Bank - came into being.

But with increasing global trade tensions, the rise of the far right across much of Europe and beyond and  a raft of emerging nations demanding their voices are heard, is it now time to rethink the world order cemented eight decades ago?

On this edition of The Agenda, Juliet Mann is joined by Anton Fedyashin, Professor of History at the American University, Washington DC, Marc Uzan, Founder & Executive Director of the Reinventing Bretton Woods Committee and Wang Huiyao, Founder of Center for China and Globalization.
