Since returning to the White House less than four weeks ago, the message from Donald Trump on trade appears to be tariffs, tariffs. tariffs.

He's now promised to impose reciprocal tariffs on every country that taxes U.S. imports.

So as the rest of the world starts to talk retaliation, are we looking at a global trade war?
