On Monday January 20, Donald Trump will be sworn in for a second time as U.S. President.
In the run-up to his inauguration he's talked tough on tariffs and suggested the U.S. might be looking to take control of Greenland and the Panama Canal.
But is all that just talk? Or is it what we can really expect from his second term in office?
Joining Juliet Mann on this edition of The Agenda are Daniel Mulhall, Former Irish Ambassador to the United States, who served during Trump's first term, Stuart E. Eizenstat, Former Ambassador of the United States to the EU, Tim Bale, Professor of Politics at Queen Mary University of London and Wang Huiyao, Former Counselor at the China State Council.
