Obesity has been called the greatest threat to global health. Over a billion people - that's about one in eight - are already obese, and this could soar to 50 percent by 2035. China is also grappling with this crisis, with over 10 percent of children now severely overweight. So just how bad is the obesity crisis? Who is responsible, and what can be done to address it?
