A project under construction in the south of France could be our best hope of achieving a nearly-limitless, clean energy source.

ITER, an international collaboration of 35 countries, is now 80 percent complete.

It's focused on nuclear fusion, recreating a process that takes place in the hearts of stars here on Earth.

But during routine tests, two defects were identified in components for the key reactor, known as a tokamak.

RAZOR's Neil Cairns visits the vast construction site to see the progress that's been made, and to find out how problems will impact the potential path to a clean energy future.
