And following the launches of the likes of OpenAi's ChatGPT and Baidu's Ernie Chatbot, regulation will be top of the agenda. The rise of computer learning has created as many concerns as opportunities, leading to tech giants like Elon Musk and Apple founder Steve Wozniak calling for an immediate halt to development on anything more powerful than GPT4.
So on this edition of The Agenda, Juliet Mann examines just how concerned we should be. She speaks to Nick Bostrom, the Founding Director of Oxford University's Future of Humanity Institute; Fabian Westerheide, the CEO of AI for Humans; and also interviews ChatGPT itself.
