The much expected "Red Wave" of Republican wins turned into something of a ripple, and President Joe Biden proved Democrat support was stronger than many expected. With many Trumpist Republican candidates losing, Biden said it was a "good day for democracy".

Final results aren't yet in, but it seems like there will be another two years of extremely tight margins in Congress, the U.S. legislature. So what could this mean for U.S. foreign policy and the rest of the world?
