China's top diplomat Yang Jiechi met with U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan on Monday in Luxembourg.

It is the third time the two senior diplomats have talked in recent months, following a meeting in Rome on March 14 and then a phone call on May 18 where they discussed the conflict in Ukraine and "specific issues around U.S.-China relations," the White House confirmed.
