The Euro 2020 football tournament brings together the best teams on the continent. It is taking place a year later than planned because of the pandemic. Here's a round-up of what you need to know about what happened on Day 3.

Eriksen "stable"
Danish player Christian Eriksen's condition is still stable and "good" since he suffered a cardiac arrest and collapsed during his side's Euro 2020 opening match against Finland.

"We are in touch with him. We were in touch with him yesterday and today. (His) condition is the same as yesterday, stable, good," Jakob Hoeyer, communications director at the Danish football association, told reporters on Monday.

Eriksen himself has released a message saying he's 'better" now but "wants to understand what happened."

Fan injured in fall

A fan was taken to hospital in serious condition after falling from the stands during England's 1-0 victory over Croatia in their Group D European Championship match at Wembley Stadium on Sunday.

A spokesperson for Wembley Stadium said the supporter fell from the stands just after the match kicked off and that the incident would be fully investigated.

"The spectator was given on-site medical attention and was then taken to hospital in a serious condition," the spokesperson added.

About 22,500 supporters, a quarter of Wembley's capacity, were allowed in to watch the match.
