The pandemic sent the global economy into turmoil and has created one of its worst recessions on record.

But while the progress on vaccines has, now, slightly brightened the economic outlook, what can we expect from 2021?

The Agenda's Stephen Cole is joined by the former chair of Goldman Sachs Asset Management, economist Jim O'Neill, to find out more on what we can expect from the year ahead.

Stephen Cole also speaks to Li Wei, professor of economics at the Cheung Kong Graduate Business School, on China's economy as one of the few to emerge from the first wave of the pandemic relatively unscathed, getting back to normal far sooner than many expected.
