Eye yoga: The lockdown exercise for everyone

Have you ever tried eye yoga? It's supposed to reduce puffiness around the eyes, bags and dark circles.

And according to Danielle Collins, The Face Yoga Expert on YouTube, it's a great exercise to destress the eyes after spending hours in front of a screen.

It is just one of many exercises that are becoming more popular because of COVID-19, as people turn to online workouts to fight the effect of lockdowns on their bodies.
