CGTN spoke to Greek-American entrepreneur and engineer Peter Diamandis as part of Web Summit 2020.
Diamandis is famous for his X Prize Foundation, which aims to encourage technological innovation, and the Zero Gravity Corporation which operates flights to the stratosphere to let paying customers experience reduced gravity.
CGTN began by asking about human longevity - and Diamandis's belief that positive thinking can be the key to a long life.
"I think you can 'will yourself' to life, if you have a mission greater than yourself," Diamandis explained.

Peter Diamandis highlighted the bright future of "gene therapy" and mentioned some of the research work being undertaken at institutions around the world, which may lead to new treatments to slow down the ageing process.
Facing the question of ethical or moral challenges to genomic treatments, Diamandis pointed to the history of science and how previous generations would have seen a heart transplant as evil - but now it's seen as a miracle that saves lives.
