The speed at which the world has come together to develop a vaccine for COVID-19 has impressed many.

But it has also led experts to question the ethics of such a speedy process. The Agenda with Stephen Cole discusses these concerns with Angus Dawson, Professor of Bioethics at Sydney University.

Dawson explains that the political pressure to develop a vaccine could present a real danger with scientists being forced to cut corners. He also says that there is a lot of focus on the benefits of a possible vaccine rather than making sure that it is delivered safely.
