There is no barrier to access in playing a game, so why is it so hard to get more diversity in the people making them? 

On this week's The Agenda with Stephen Cole Nika Nour, the executive director at the International Game Developers Association, says that although the gaming industry still has a problem with diversity, there have been recent steps in the right direction.
