Africa, like the rest of the world, is not immune to the financial impact of the coronavirus crisis.

But as Dirk Willem te Velde from the Overseas Development Institute tells The Agenda with Stephen Cole, it's an opportunity for African governments to take a new approach to economic development.

And, he says, with the right help from countries like the UK, U.S. and China, a financial crisis could yet be avoided.
