Stephen Cole speaks to Air Transport Consultant John Strickland and asks what the industry is planning to safeguard airlines and passengers and whether those plans go far enough to persuade people to begin boarding planes again. 

John Strickland tells Stephen Cole that for safety and consumer confidence, ideally all passengers would be tested for COVID-19 before even arriving at an airport. He adds that the airline industry has "no choice" but to rethink its business model if it's to be sustainable during the turbulence of the pandemic as well as long-term.
