Despite Italy's strict lockdown measures, a baby deer has befriended a family – going for walks with them in the country's Tuscany region.
Bob, as he has been called by the Bruce family, has also playing fetch in the garden with their dog, Charlie.
Alison Bruce said: "He was at the front door again this morning and we went for a walk again. He spent the day with us yesterday. He would just sit down with us. We've been walking outside ... and he just joins us in pretty much everything."
Talking about Bob's relationship with Charlie, she added: "I think he's a bit confused, because they're both male... and I think we're going into that kind of season, the mating season for them – not Charlie, I mean Bob."
Italy's social distancing measures don't apply to animals, so for now Bob and Charlie are enjoying each other's company in a way human friends can only wish for.
