The Brain is the most complex organ in our body using 20 percent of the oxygen we breath in to feed the 86 billion neurons it controls. While science continues to uncover more about the brain the mind is still a relative unknown. Responsible for reason, thought, belief and imagination the mind is considered by some as the centre of our Self and The Agenda team have taken a closer look at how it differs from the brain.
