The Head of the WHO said he was very encouraged by the steps China has taken to contain the Covid-19 outbreak,  reports CGTN's Natalie Carney from the second day of the Munich Security Conference in Germany. 

She says a lot of attendees expressed their respect and understanding that the virus doesn't have borders and it doesn't stop to show its passport when it enters in a new country. 

 Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif praised China's efforts and said the management that China had provided has helped save the world from further possible spread.
