What does an astronaut need in their space suit? Pretty much everything it turns out.

From eating and drinking, to passing waste, everything is catered for. And because you really don't want to sneeze in a space helmet there's even a nose scratcher built in.

A pack on the front of the suit has space for tools and some reading material if you choose.

Dr Gernot Gromer, head of the Austria space forum and astronaut program, gave CGTN a tour of the ultimate space suit.

The kit will be used by a group of astronaut testers who will be replicating conditions for a journey to Mars in the Negev desert in Israel.
