The UK is heading to the polls for the third time in less than five years on the 12th December. Each of the 650 MPs will have to gain more votes in their constituencies than any other candidate to win under Britain's first-past-the-post electoral system. But that effectively means millions of votes will be 'wasted.' So should the UK consider using a different system - and if so, what should that look like?
